Where do I download the application?
You will receive an email from your childcare centre after which you will define and confirm your password. You will then receive a confirmation that your account is active and access to the application will be possible via the web, Google Play or the App Store.
How do I get a new user name and password?
You will need to ask your school administration for a new username (in case your email address changes).
I forgot my username and password.
You can ask your school administration for your user name (which should be the email you gave to the school). If you forgot your password, you have the option to restore your password via the login page.
What are the supported platforms for families?
Parents can install our mobile application for smartphones or tablets (Apple iOS or Android) or use a web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer (from version 10)).
What network equipment and configuration does the school require?
LetsShare is a secure cloud-based SaaS (software-as-a-service) solution which requires no additional equipment in schools. The solution is accessed though a connected computer or mobile device. We recommend teachers to use a web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer (from version 10)) on a computer or a tablet, and parents to use the application through a mobile device. Connection to the internet, WiFi or mobile 3G/4G/LTE throughout the school is necessary.
What are the supported platforms for the teachers and caregivers?
Teachers and caregivers can access the application through a web browser via a computer or a tablet. They also access it via a smartphone on an Android or Apple iOS app.
What preparation is needed to get started?
You have two ways to add your childcare students and parents’ data:
- automatically via data upload: from your internal system, we can upload directly your students and parents data
- manually via our system, your admin can integrate all students and parents data.
Can the saved data be breached?
The data is securely stored in an Amazon data farm built with enterprise security in mind (compatible with the DoD security impact Level 3-5). Only administrators of the system can access it. Additionally, no personal identifiers are stored or used by the system, rendering hacks or breaches harmless.
